What m'oli is
m'oli is an automated AI listener for reflection and emotional release. It is not a person, not therapy, not medical care, and it does not give clinical advice or diagnoses. Please do not use it in an emergency.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use m'oli to break the law, to harass others, to try to bypass its limits (for example, by creating many accounts to get more free releases), or to attack or overload the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.
Free releases, plans and payment
- New accounts get 6 free releases.
- Lifetime Sanctuary Pass: a one-time payment of $39 for access for the life of the service. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of m'oli, not of the customer. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice.
- Monthly Peace Support: $4.99 per month, billed by Stripe, renewing until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change for new purchases. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds: m'oli is a private space, and your access begins the moment you step inside. Because of that, all payments are final and we do not offer refunds. If something went wrong on our side, like a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, write to us at hello@moliapp.space and we will make it right.
Your content
What you write is not stored by m'oli. You keep all rights to it. You are responsible for what you choose to write. Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or not right for you. Use your own judgment.
No warranty and limits of liability
m'oli is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Questions: hello@moliapp.space. Operated by m'oli, Washington State, United States. Governing law: the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
